Marilyn Hart founded forget-Me-Not Cakes after five years’ training completing many courses in cake decorating, sugarpaste, wired sugar flowers and royal icing to a very high level. She has obtained Distinctions for all of the courses undertaken (which are listed left). Marilyn has also completed the Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Catering and has been awarded the Gold Award by the Environmental Health Dept.
Marilyn was awarded Idah’s Patisserie Cup for the student demonstrating the most outstanding confectionary work in the ABC Advanced level of Cake decorating 2004/5 and 2006/7.
